Hi, I’m Nadine, a recognised expert helping companies build AI-ready organisations. Since September 2025, I’ve been included on LinkedIn’s list of the “Top 12 AI in Work Voices in Europe to follow”, which I feel truly honoured by.
I founded Designing AI Heroes out of a genuine passion for AI and the belief that organisations need practical guidance and adoption to succeed with it.
With over 15 years of experience in digital transformation and enterprise projects, I guide leaders and teams through the rapidly changing AI landscape, turning uncertainty into clarity, the right actions, and real results.
Throughout my career, I have led and advised large-scale corporate transformation programmes, giving me a deep understanding of the complexities, workflows, and pain points that organisations face every day.
I have a background in business administration and hold an MBA from a leading business school. But throughout my whole career, I’ve worked at the intersection of technology and business, often acting as a translator between two worlds that frequently misunderstand each other and often speak two different languages.
AI now brings these worlds together in the best possible way. It allows me to combine all my experience in strategy, technology, and organisational transformation to solve real business problems and create meaningful impact through my AI advisory work.
My passion is to make AI accessible and understandable for everyone. I’m known for cutting through the hype, creating clear strategies, and showing companies how AI drives measurable business value: from optimising processes and workflows to fostering innovation and building sustainable competitive advantages.
Clients value my hands-on, practical approach over theory, as well as my ability to quickly understand complex business challenges, identify AI opportunities, and translate them into actionable strategies that deliver direct impact.
Based in Germany and Belgium, I work with clients across Europe. I speak German, English, Dutch, and French. And outside of work, you’ll often find me exploring new routes on my road bike.

Charity - Giving back
It is very important to me to be grateful for everything and to give back. That’s why I’m involved in certain charity associations or donate part of my turnover.
Abaana Afrika e.V. is a German children’s aid organisation that supports poor children in Uganda, primarily by arranging school sponsorships. I support school children in the Happy Kids programme by financing school meals (often the only warm meal available). Furthermore, I finance professional training for young people and young adults through the Happy Trainees programme. In addition, as a supporter of the association, I help the association to cover administration costs.
